Nailing goals
Di and I nailed the goals over these 6 sessions. I think the ground work has been put in in previous sessions, but we worked extremely hard this round to define the foundational issues and act and do. My skills have improved a lot and my confidence in using them has also improved a lot. Di has walked beside me through this process. Di also knew exactly when to push me. There were times where my brain hurt and i needed to dig really deep for the outcome. Thank you Di.
